4-Month Comfort Guarantee

At Creswick, we want you to experience the best possible sleep. That’s why we offer a 4-month comfort guarantee, allowing you to try the Creswick Natural Sleep Mattress and decide if it’s the right fit for you. Your trial period begins upon delivery.

30-Day Adjustment Period

Research shows it takes about 30 days for your body to fully adjust to a new mattress. We encourage you to allow this time before making a final decision.

If, after your 30-day adjustment period, you feel the selection isn’t right for you during your trial, please contact our Customer Service Team at 1800 338 837. Our Creswick Sleep Concierge will assist you in finding a better-suited mattress for your comfort needs.

Your Mattress & Base Guarantee Coverage

• 10-Year Lana Mattress Guarantee – Covers manufacturing defects such as loose or broken coils and wires that protrude or tear through fabric under normal wear.
• 15-Year Lusso Mattress Guarantee – Covers the same manufacturing defects as the Lana Mattress, ensuring long-term durability.
• 5-Year Creswick Base Guarantee – Covers defects such as broken foundation wire, splitting in the wooden frame, compression of the module, or leg and caster failure.

This guarantee does not cover willful or accidental damage, misuse, neglect, normal wear and tear, or damage during transportation.

Body Signatures

Body impressions (or “body signatures”) are a natural part of mattress use, as the materials conform to your body for optimal comfort.

• Body signatures of up to 35mm on a pillow top are considered normal and are not covered under this guarantee.
• To even out wear, rotate your mattress regularly as per care instructions.

Mattress Protector

A mattress protector is a simple yet crucial way to preserve the longevity of your mattress and maintain warranty coverage. We strongly encourage you to purchase a mattress protector along with your new mattress to protect it from spills, stains, and general wear, ensuring your warranty remains intact.

Terms & Conditions

• Creswick mattresses are handmade to standard Australian sizing, with possible variations of up to 20mm in width and height, which are not considered manufacturing faults.
• The guarantee does not cover damage if the mattress is used on slats that are more than 100mm (4”) apart. For full coverage, we recommend using a Creswick padded and covered wooden slatted base.
• Transportation coverage:
  • First 12 months – Fully covered by the manufacturer.
  • After 12 months – Transportation costs are the purchaser’s responsibility.
• Service Time: Mattress servicing takes 48-72 hours, and customers must arrange alternative sleeping arrangements during this period.
• The manufacturer may refuse service if the mattress is found in unsanitary condition or damaged due to misuse. Always use a mattress protector.
• Avoid sitting on your mattress/bed as it is designed for sleeping, not seating. Sitting on the edges may lead to side collapse, depressions, or excessive wear.
