•All rewards coupon codes have an expiry date, based on determined days after 'date of issue'.

•Rewards issue date can be viewed on My Rewards page. Rewards expiry periods are stated as follows.

•Welcome Reward Coupon - 14 Days Expiry (after date of issue)

•Tier Entry Reward Coupon - 30 Days Expiry (after date of issue)

•Birthday Reward Coupon - 30 Days Expiry (after date of issue)

•Bonus Reward Coupon - 30 Days Expiry (after date of issue)

•Unused coupons that have exceeded expiry date cannot be re-issued nor extended.
