Earning Rewards

Customers earn loyalty dollars on both online and in-store purchases, which contribute to annual spend and determine tier level (Merino Bronze, Cashmere Silver, or Alpaca Gold).

• Rewards are only issued for single transactions meeting the spend thresholds:
  
  
  • Bonus Reward - Spend $300* in one transaction = $30 reward
    *Earn one reward per qualifying transaction only.
    
    
  • Double Reward - Spend $600* in one transaction = $75 reward
    *Additional rewards are not issued for higher spend amounts in the same transaction.
    
    
• Separate smaller transactions (e.g. 2 × $150 purchases) do not combine to qualify for a reward. 

Large Transactions & Tier Promotions

Large purchases (e.g. $1,200) will receive one $75 voucher. However, if spend qualifies for a tier upgrade (e.g. from Silver to Gold), customers will also receive a voucher for entering the next tier.
