How do I receive my Birthday Reward?Updated a year ago

When you create your account, you will be asked to provide your Birthday so we know when to send your Birthday Gift. 

Your entered Birthdate will then sit against your account.  You can tell that you have already provided your Birthday when you go to “My Account” and go into “My Details”.  On the My Details Page under the heading “Ways to Earn Rewards” hover over the “Birthday Register” and it says “Thanks! We're looking forward to celebrating with you!”

If you did not initially provide your Birthday, you can go to “My Account” and go into “My Details”.  On the My Details Page under the heading “Ways to Earn Rewards”, click into the “Birthday Register” and enter your Birthday.  Your Birthday will then sit against your account.  

You can tell that you have already provided your Birthday when you hover over the “Birthday Register” and it says “Thanks! We're looking forward to celebrating with you!”
