Returns & Exchanges Policy
We hope you will be delighted with your Creswick purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we are happy to offer a return or exchange in accordance with the policy outlined below.
In‑Store Purchases
Returns & Exchanges
- Items may be returned in‑store within 30 days of purchase.
- Returns can be made to any Creswick Woollen Mills retail store.
- You may choose an exchange or a gift card.
- Gift cards will be issued for any price difference between the exchanged item and the original purchase amount.
- The original receipt must be presented.
- Items must be unused, unworn, in saleable condition, with all tags attached.

Online Purchases – Returns
Return Eligibility
- You must notify us of your intention to return within 30 days of purchase.
- You must contact us within 14 days of delivery to request a return.

(Please note: refunds are not processed in‑store and will be handled by our office once notified)

Return Conditions
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in saleable condition, with tags attached.
- Garments must not have been worn.
- Please include:
- Order number
- Full name
- Contact details
- Any additional comments
- If returning multiple items, clearly indicate which item(s) are being returned
Refunds
- Refunds are processed once the items are received at our returns office.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
- Delivery costs are non‑refundable for change‑of‑mind returns.
- If an item is deemed faulty or incorrect, return postage will be covered by Creswick Woollen Mills.
Non‑Returnable Items
For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or refunds on:
- Quilts
- Mattress toppers
- Mattress protectors
- Underblankets
- Pillows and pillow protectors

- Preferred replacement item(s) (exchanges must be equal or lesser value)
Exchange Shipping
- Standard delivery charges apply for re‑delivery on online exchanges.
- If the item is faulty or incorrect, postage costs will be covered by Creswick Woollen Mills.
- Once received, your exchanged item will be dispatched and a tracking number emailed to you.
Responsibility for Returned Goods
Returned goods remain your responsibility until received by Creswick Woollen Mills.
We recommend using registered post for all mailed returns.
Afterpay & Openpay Purchases
Items purchased online using Afterpay or Openpay may be:
- Refunded by posting to our online returns address
- Exchanged in‑store for a product or gift card
Please note:
- Refunds cannot be processed in‑store for Afterpay or Openpay purchases
- All returns and exchanges remain subject to this policy
