If you receive a faulty product, you can return it for an exchange or a refund. However, please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges for garments that have been damaged due to regular wear and tear, such as a button falling off or a zipper breaking after use. Similarly, blankets that show signs of wear from regular use, such as pilling or fabric thinning over time, are not eligible for return or exchange.
